Goods of an intimate nature are non refundable and non exchangeable once that have been opened, this includes underwear, hosiery, jewellery, lingerie, nightwear, and sex toys and is in accordance with health and hygiene regulations. Magazines, DVDs, Videos and Games are non returnable.
Due to the nature of these items we Do Not Accept Returns on any garments, products unless the item is faulty.
We will not accept returns on mis-ordered items so please make sure you view our Size Guide before ordering.
Faulty Items
Great care is taken to make sure your purchase reaches you in perfect condition.
If for some reason the item arrives and seems to be defective, please email info@caughtulooking.co.uk within 3 days of the delivery date, stating your name and the order reference given when you placed the order. Please include in the email a full description of the fault.
Please return the item in its original packaging or box with all manuals and accessories.

Please note the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Once we have received the item back and can confirm the damaged item. We will immediately dispatch you a replacement.
If a replacement can not be found you will be given a full refund.
The item must be returned it its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
